 Name          : Display a fully named text file
 Optional Data : <Full path and name>

   Similar  to the type 5 function,  but allows you to  specify
   the  full  path and name (including extension) of  the  file
   that will be displayed.  Like the type 5 function, this also
   interprets the special control characters.
